**Product is non refundable, with NO exceptions. Customer accepts terms and conditions of system builder including support. Product once installed lives and dies with the machine and is non transferable.
Limited Warranty on Computer Software: No refund, exchange or credit for any software. Only media can be replaced if defective within 7 days. OEM versions are for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. See above in other returns link for refused and unwanted returns for other details regarding returns.
